− Most of the staff were very friendly! It was just we asked for ice through the room service and it never came despite promise its coming right away.

8.0Beautiful hotel in vast grounds, the ability to feel as though you are far away despite being 5 minutes from a small town. Our room was beautiful and much larger than I had expected.
− Communication with staff at times could have been better, although the hotel was busy. At times staff would walk past without a simple friendly communication or ask if assistance was required. This would make you feel a bit more welcome.
