6.0My main issue was the mattress, it really was well past its use by. A poor night's sleep due to the bed you've paid to sleep in...well, I think that says it all, really.

10.0We had a free upgrade to a family room which they rang in advance to offer us, and waived the car parking which was lovely if them to do after we'd been driving for 10 hours. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel restaurant food and service was great.
