10.0Excellent proximity to major attractions - Longwood Gardens, Brandywine Museum …. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfasts.

8.0We had a choice of 3 breakfast items. I had two and they were delicious. All were homemade with more than enough food. I felt badly not eating all of the food on my plate. Coffee and OJ were also good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room had a lovely balcony with rocking chairs looking out over an expansive back yard. The birds serenaded us daily.
− We had a room on the second floor of the springhouse. The steps were quite steep and luggage hard to get up. The chairs in the breakfast room were cute cafe chairs but were uncomfortable. Ones with cushions would be great.

10.0This is a beautiful property for a special stay if you’re going to visit Longwood Gardens. It’s a nice complex with several unique and spacious units. Feels very historic with a natural vibe. Our favorite part was sitting on our back deck having our breakfast with the view of the well maintained lawn.
