A little too expensive for the room type
6.0The room location, it was very quiet.
− The bathroom, there was a small step we kept tripping on, and the shower was hard to get in and out of. The room would not be suitable for an older person or anyone with injuries. The bathroom is not very well laid out, very small and stepping over into a shower with a small shub just does not work for the space.
We enjoyed our stay, room was great with a perfect view.

− Sauna / Gym not as advertised. Sauna did not work and this was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel over others.

10.0Excellent, excellent, excellent value for money. Stunning views and great location. Wonderful, friendly staff who pay attention to details with housekeeping. Really enjoyed my stay here, definitely my top choice if i return to Christchurch.
Great spot in the middle of town

− The lobby was so cold. There was no heating so to have a drink we have to have coats and scarves on.
