We had a wonderful stay at The Vijitt in Phuket and would definitely return.

The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views from the room that really make the stay feel special. We particularly loved the huge bath and outdoor shower—such a luxurious touch. The amenities were thoughtful too, with snacks and flip flops provided, which added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay. The staff there were warm, friendly, and genuinely engaging, bringing their personalities into their interactions with guests and creating a really welcoming atmosphere. In contrast, the reception team felt much more process-driven and less personable. One disappointing moment was receiving a call 5–10 minutes before check-out reminding us to leave, which felt unnecessary and slightly unwelcoming. The property itself is starting to show its age, but in a way that adds to its charm and sense of place rather than detracting from it. It feels authentic and well-situated for a relaxing escape. The only real downside is the location in terms of convenience as there are limited options nearby, with no easy access to places like 7/11, beach massages, or walkable roads around the hotel, which can make exploring a bit challenging without need for some form of transportation. Overall though, we had a fantastic time. It’s a charming, relaxing resort with beautiful surroundings, and we would happily come back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with such friendly staff. The villa was a little dated but this doesn’t detract from a fantastic holiday.

A lovely resort. We were made very welcome by the staff. The location is beautiful and our villa was very comfortable and had a great view of the sea. A welcome pack of a bottle of red wine, nibbles and soft drinks and fruit was a lovely touch.

What a fantastic resort. After travelling for 2 weeks around Vietnam and Cambodia we were ready for a relaxing week. The Vijitt Resort ticked all the boxes, the villas, absolutely stunning,immaculately clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We had to stay longer due to our flights being cancelled, so we transferred into another villa with our own pool, this was also as stunning as the last and the staff made it all very easy for us to do. We used the free shuttle bus down to the beach a couple of times, which is not to far and it's a lovely beach. I would definitely return to this hotel and I would recommend it for couples.

📍Villa9 ที่ตั้งดีมาก เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบความสงบ ห้องพักติดริมทะเล สงบ และสะอาดสวยมากบรรยากาศดี ส่วนของห้องอาหารเช้ารู้สึกว่าอาหารน้อยมาก ซ้ำกันเดิมๆเกือบทุกวัน อยากแนะนำให้ปรับแก้ตรงนี้นิดนึงค่ะ และในส่วนของห้องอาหารบ้านวิจิตร พนักงานมีกันแค่สองคนทำให้ลูกค้ารออาหารหรือการรับออเดอร์นานเกินไปซึ่งอยากให้ทางผู้จัดการที่ดูแลตรงนี้ปรับแก้ให้ด้วยนะคะ ในส่วนของพนักงานน่ารัก สุภาพให้การบริการดีมากๆ โดยเฉพาะ คุณปาล์มBell man ทักทายยิ้มแย้มทุกครั้งที่มารับ-ส่งกลับห้อง ขอให้ผ่านโปรไวไวนะคะ พนักงานสปาเสียดายมากจำชื่อไม่ได้ แต่ให้บริการดีมากค่ะ 📍Villa9 has a great location, perfect for those who love peace and quiet. The rooms are beachfront, very peaceful, clean, and beautiful with a great atmosphere. However, the breakfast buffet had very limited and repetitive options almost every day. I would recommend improving this. Also, at Baan Vijit restaurant, there were only two staff members, resulting in long wait times for food and orders. I would like the manager to address this. The other staff were lovely, polite, and provided excellent service, especially Palm, the bellboy, who always greeted us with a smile when picking us up and dropping us off at our room. I hope he gets his promotion soon! I regret not remembering the spa staff's name, but they provided excellent service.
