− The aircon was not working but luckily i was given a heater that made a difference.
Based on previous stays, I have noted a good attitude by the staff despite having limited resources to execute their tas
8.0It’s good to see the staff going out of their way to ensure guests are happy during their stay. The kindness should be extended to all guests. My stay was comfortable, WiFi & air conditioning system was working well. I unfortunately did not eat breakfast due to time constraints. Well done.
− Management of the Hotel is failing the staff by not directing funding into facility improvements. The staff is always dealing with customer queries & they are doing their best under the circumstances.
