Disappointed with service this time around
6.0We’ve stayed here a few times and has generally been a good experience but did not appreciate that we arrived the following morning after our check in date (hotel was aware, and had paid the night) and our room was booked to someone else. Plus when trying to ensure our guests would be comfortable on arrival they responded with an attitude, as if we’d done something wrong. Disappointed.
