Disappointing
4.0Central location, newly renovated, bathtub.
− Check-in was late by 20 minutes as the room wasn't ready. They knew timely check-in was important, and yet nothing was offered, neither a snack or a cup of coffee. Marriott Bonvoy and Design Hotels standard at its finest :) Freshly mopped (wet) floor when I finally entered the room. Possibly, the property is simply understaffed. No shower gel in the bottle. Some egg dishes were listed on the breakfast menu, but no one seemed to care to offer them. Very disappointing experience and bad value for money. Will not return and would not recommend.
