6.0In der Hotelbeschreibung stand nirgendwo das es ein Kinder und Familienfreundliches Hotel ist. Es waren viel zu viele laute Kinder im Hotel das den Besuch dort sehr unkomfortabel gemacht hat.

6.0Das Badezimmer ist schlimm, vor allem die Dusche! Voller schwarzem Schimmel. Die Wasserhahnen am Lavabo waren mit Kalk und Grünspan bedeckt. ausserdem war es sehr klein, 2 Personen kommen nicht aneinander vorbei. Das war nicht die Schuld des Reinigungspersonals; dieses hat das Beste gegeben. Es liegt vielmehr an der schlechten Wartung des gesamtem Zimmers. Alles ziemlich alt und entspricht keinesfalls einem 5 Sterne Hotel.. Die Insel ist sehr schön und sehenswert, jedoch würden wir keinesfalls mehr das Galaxy Beach Resort wählen!

10.0I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I liked how clean the rooms were kept. I liked how close it was to the beach. There were always chairs and floaties available which made the experience really good. The staff does need to be educated on the availiof recycling containers on the property. We were told there weren't any and ended up going off-site to find recycling containers. We later found them by the pool. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

8.0The staff was very helpful, especially the arrival night when I needed help since I lost my phone in the taxi from the airport. All through the stay the reception was always 5 star, fast, helpful and very friendly
