6.0The room is older than in the pictures, and the hotel has few amenities.
Not for the elderly or British
2.0We were the only UK Guests in the whole hotel, all the rest were Russians, felt isolated, there was no English notices anywhere, the rooms were not cleaned daily, our balcony was flooded from from the air con machine, breakfasts were cold and not designed for British guests, there is no way guests can avoid stairs, even if you used the lift, there are still stairs to negotiate,
