6.0Carpets in the hall were very dirty. Our carpet by the ac unit was wet and there was a wet odor in the room. Staff was ver friendly.

2.0Check in was nightmare. First no one was there. We rang the bell and waited ten minutes before we just left and came back later. When we got to our room we immediately noticed there was no remote for the tv. We went back down to the front and they gave us a new random remote that didn’t work so we went back down a third time. The lady at the front came up to our room because she thought she could get it to work. When it didn’t she tried telling me that we just needed to use the buttons in the tv. When I asked to change rooms she said the owner will not let them change people out rooms. I continued and pressed until we finally got a new room. This took over 45 minutes in total to just check in. The new room had old laundry in the corner under the end table and trash in the same corner. The hotel was in need of way better housekeeping and a major update. All the carpets were dirty and stained in the hallways and in the rooms. All the fixtures were rusted. We go to a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst I have been to in several years.

No POOL or hot tub
8.0We booked this hotel with family because they advertised an indoor pool. The pool was closed and under construction. Disappointed, but the hotel itself was nice. The AC didn't blow very hard but the beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent.
