− En general, mi experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el restaurante ofrecía un buen servicio, el desayuno fue variado y la atención del personal durante la estadía fue amable. Sin embargo, al momento del check-out tuve una mala experiencia con la recepcionista. Su trato fue poco cordial y se mostró algo agresiva. Además, mientras la atendía parecía estar ocupada jugando cartas en el computador, lo que dio la impresión de que le molestó ser interrumpida. También hubo una confusión con la información que me entregó respecto al pagoal principio, ya que primero indicó una cosa y finalmente fue otra. Es una lástima, porque este último momento empañó una estadía que, hasta entonces, había sido muy agradable.
