4.0Erai hat sich sehr gekümmert, leider ohne Erfolg. Frühstück und Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung. Die Lage direkt am Outletcenter und mit Parkplätzen direkt am Hotel war für mich ein Entscheidungsgrund für dieses Hotel.
− WLAN und Funknetz waren enttäuschend. Anfangs dachte ich, das ist nur auf meinem Zimmer so, 3 Zimmer später wusste ich, das es ein generelles Problem ist. In der Lobby war alles stabil, also zum telefonieren und arbeiten in die Lobby. Dafür sind die schicken Loungemöbel aber nicht gedacht. Der mehrfach gerufenen technische Service (auch Nachts verfügbar) hat weder das WLAN noch die Klimaanlage im letzten Zimmer zum laufen bekommen. Zitat: Die Klimaanlage braucht 30-40 Minuten, ich mach das Fenster auf. Ok, frische Luft die Nacht und die zarten Töne einer 6-spurigen Straße - ohne Worte.

10.0Very pleasant stay! The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A big plus is the availability of parking and the excellent location near a large shopping center. The beds are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich, varied and very tasty. We would gladly stay again!
