− The photographs displayed on the listing did not accurately reflect the condition of the accommodation I experienced. The difference was significant, and I felt misled, as those images influenced my decision to book the hotel. There was also an unpleasant smell that made my stay uncomfortable. Overall, the accommodation fell well below the expectations created by the listing. I would appreciate your investigation into this matter, including a review of the accuracy of the photographs and information displayed. Please also advise whether a refund or other appropriate compensation can be considered.
