Have stayed here for the past 2 years. Great location with nice rooms. The breakfast is of good quality with tea and coffee being topped up frequently. Great staff make this a very good place to stay. We will be back next year!

Great hotel

This was our 3rd stay at the Brisa The hotel staff and location are excellent. The staff are a credit to the Brisa Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance or 300 thb in taxi to main area Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day by Pick Breakfast was lovey each morning as soon as food items started to get low they were topped up, lots of tea and coffee served by smiling friendly staff Nothing was ever too much trouble Gardens areas and swimming pool area very tidy and clean Entertainment was low key but very pleasant to listen to sitting on the balcony, we had room 314 which had a lovely view across the garden pool and sea,there is nothing to dislike about this hotel except leaving, but we booked for next year before we came home so something to look forward to Keep up the excellent work

Briza Beach got even better

This was our second visit to the Briza beach and this time was just as good. In fact better. The staff are wonderful, the linens really good and you are on a beautiful bay overlooking the Andaman sea. It is a quiet resort and appeals to families. We did not travel with children, but they were all well behaved and there are so many lovely places to eat within a 5 minute stroll. Gardens are also very pretty and well maintained. Whole place is spotlessly clean. The staff all go above and beyond and we were delighted that the key lady from last time who was always smiling and friendly with her "more coffee or tea" was now promoted within the hotel management. She is a real asset. As soon as she knew we had arrived she came and found us to say hello. As we said fabulous customer service. Breakfast too is very delicious and plentiful. A mixture of Thai and European food. Very hard to quantify exactly what makes this place so special, but it just has it.

Nice beachfront hotel

This is very nice hotel although in the quieter side of Khao Lak, but location has still enough bars and restaurants in close by street. Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast choice very good. We stayed for 3 weeks and we enjoyed this stay a lot.

Enjoyable Christmas stay

We stayed at the Briza beach hotel for 2 weeks over Christmas and overall had an enjoyable stay. The standout for us was definitely the staff who work incredibly hard and who were friendly, helpful and welcoming, which really made a difference to our holiday. We stayed in room 581 located in the annex building which is separate from the main hotel and across the road. The room itself was fine however it was directly opposite a bar that played loud music until late at night. Thankfully we had noise cancelling headphones which turned out to be a lifesaver. I did ask at reception if we could be moved to a room at the main hotel but was told they were all booked until the new year so moving wasn’t an option. Breakfast we really enjoyed with plenty of options to choose from each morning and overall the hotel had a nice atmosphere. Despite the noise issue we still enjoyed our stay, mainly thanks to the hard working and lovely staff. With a quieter room our experience would have been better.

awesome place well worth going to if you like it quiet

i stayed here for 2 weeks all staff very polite always smiling rooms well kept daily, very spacious with safe 2 bottles of water free every day, i was on the main building on the beach very quiet, decent size pool, good breccies, kettle in room so take own t bags lol plenty of eating places local, 7-11 supermarket on main road was the cheapest eating out was a pleasure so many choices
