5.0− Breakfast food was consistently undercooked, and the fruit selection was disappointingly small given this is marketed as a “tropical resort”. Food Panda deliveries are not allowed. Service water made me sick. Location was bad (do your research on Mactan first), and the next door resort, Tambuli, has loud music into the evenings.
A perfect getaway
10.0A beautiful resort in an amazing location! The pool is stunning, and the private beach is exceptionally well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from every morning. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!
Gutes Transithotel/ Resort mit freundlichem Service, aber hohen Preisen
8.0Die Anlage ist gepflegt und macht insgesamt einen schönen Eindruck. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und von der Größe her absolut in Ordnung. Für uns war das Costabella eine gute Wahl als Zwischenstopp vor dem Rückflug. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen eignet sich das Hotel sehr gut für ein oder zwei Nächte, um entspannt weiterzureisen.
− Wir kamen direkt aus Alona Beach und kennen unter anderem das Henann, Bluewater und Pineale. Dort bewegt man sich zwar ebenfalls in einer touristischen Umgebung mit höheren Preisen, dennoch empfanden wir die Preise im Costabella als noch einmal deutlich höher. Vor allem Getränke sind aus unserer Sicht überdurchschnittlich teuer. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das noch akzeptabel, für einen längeren Urlaub würden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch als weniger attraktiv empfinden. Eine Woche würden wir persönlich dort nicht verbringen.
