Second time round staying here, the staff are always super polite and helpful the food is always good. Pool entrance right outside the room patio doors so if you don't want to mix with other guests you can just relax in your own little world. Nice spa treatments for her and happy hr for him. car can be arranged for pick up and drop off to ferry terminal. 😂 will of course be going back there next visit. very close to some other restaurants and bars in the road.

− Not much of a beach but there's plenty of sunbeds with conopys next to the pool.

Fijne locatie, links en rechts naast het resort is veel te doen. Resort was erg mooi en vooral personeel in restaurant en receptie verdienen complimenten. Ze deden echt hun best om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ontbijt is a la carte zonder vaste tijden tijden wat ik persoonlijk top vind. Toen we naar strand verderop wilden gaan werden we gebracht en gehaald door de resort taxi. De kamers waren schoon en eigenlijk was alles top!

− Strandje voor resort had misschien wat vroeger schoon gemaakt kunnen worden maar dat is het enige wat ik kan bedenken

הגענו לגן עדן. מלון מושלם, הוא לא חדש, אבל הוא מתוחזק ברמה מאוד גבוהה, לכן בכלל לא הרגשנו את זה. מלון מתאים יותר לאנשים שאוהבים שקט ושלווה. רמת הניקיון פה הכי גבוהה שיכולה להיות, גן מטופח ומאוד יפה. בריכה - חלוםםםםם, נקייה ויפה בטירוף, לקחנו חדר עם גישה לבריכה - מושלם 😍 , יש גם בריכה מרכזית עם נוף לים - מעלף. שירות של הצוות במלון פשוט מושלם - כל דבר שאתה צריך מיידית אתה מקבל מענה ועזרה, הם אפילו מנסים לנחש מה אתה צריך בלי שאתה מבקש ולעזור. כולם מחייכים ואנשים מקסימים. והדובדבן שבקצפת זאת ארוחת בוקר ושירות במסעדה- מאמא מיה - ואו. לארוחת בוקר אפשר להגיע משעה 7 בבוקר עד 7 בערב פעם אחת כמובן ולשבת שם ולאכול כמה שבא לך,יש תפריט עם מבחר עצום של המנות ומשקאות והשירות של המלצרים וטבחים אךךךךך, הם מוכנים לבשל ולהביא לך כל מה שאתה צריך או רוצה, אפילו מנות שלא מופיעות בתפריט, רק תגיד. בקיצור בשבילנו אין מילה אחרת להגדיר את המלון הזה חוץ משלמות 💙.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels on koh chang and the chill for us, is the perfect blend...it has something special. Having also stayed at the retreat (The more expensive sister hotel) We would still choose the chill every time and can't wait to return. To summaries... The pools are top notch, clean, perfect temperature & fantastic views. The staff are all fantastic, stand out mention for Touch who is outstanding and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The rooms are always clean and well kept, ok not the best rooms but nice enough with the beds and pillow being super comfortable, Aircon is ice cold ❄️ All you can eat À la carte breakfast available anytime of day is such a great idea, we loved having this sat right at the front with uninterrupted views is certainly a special experience. There is a small private beach and kayaks available to use which we did for a little trip to one of the small islands. *Tip* They do deals out of season so always go direct and check out the prices.

As soon as you walked in you could feel the peace The staff were absolutely amazing they couldn’t do enough for you from Ploy on reception to film and phue in the restaurant ( so sorry if spelt wrong ) The breakfast was outstanding with a beautiful view Even though the gym was small we had to ourselves most days We will definitely be back without a doubt

− Would have preferred Adults only as the noise around the pool definitely wasn’t chill !
