10.0Staff could do with a little more training! History of the house could be better documented? Garden care could be better, just a little bit fluffy round the edges! Overall a wonderful house just needs a little bit more tlc.

4.0Won’t be coming back. Sadly this amazing building and grounds needs lots of investment and love. Gardens overgrown and need to be cared for. Service so poor. Staff not trained. Curtains and cushions in room torn and shredded curtains. At dinner staff who took order after waiting about 20 minutes and needing to ask to see menus, when finished first course came to table and asked what were we waiting for!! Hotel trying to have fine dining but service doesn’t make this viable.
