What a find in this small seaside town !
8.0Upgrade to larger room with bath on arrival was a bonus ! However , the very best thing about our overall stay was the amazing staff ! To any request the answer was always, without fail , absolutely yes ,or; of course , no problem . It was remarkable , customer service and satisfaction ? Nailed it ! PS food was good too !
− Thought bedding , in terms of quilt on our bed was due a change , some towels past their best also
Will be looking to book again for next year. It’s close enough for what we want to do and hopefully we’ll have more time
10.0It was clean and tidy - we arrived as planed late evening - restaurant was closed and we were leaving early morning so weren’t staying for breakfast but it is close to the sea front, and the rooms were nice.

5.0Ontbijt was goed en hoofdgebouw is gezellig met het terras, ondanks de mindere uitstraling van de buurt.
− Onze kamer was in het pand aan Clarence Road. Uitstraling buitenzijde is zeer armoedig. We hadden de kamer helemaal bovenin. De buitentemperatuur was boven de 30 graden. In de kamer was het niet te doen vanwege de hitte. Ook ‘‘s nachts bleef hete treem warm, aangezien er geen airco of de mogelijkheid om te ventileren was. In het enige raam zaten 2 kleine klapramen die net iets open konden. Verhuren van deze kamers bij hoge buitentemperaturen is eigenlijk niet mogelijk.

Breakfast can be taken at The Garden Restaurant a 2 minute walk away - it is not served at the property. The property offers a gastro restaurant The Florence Arms just 3 minutes walk from the property for lunch and dinner.
The property offers either free street parking or paid premium private parking (limited) - please pre book with the property after reservation.
