10.0Our room was spacious with an incredible Mountain View and large outdoor balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you’re in that part of Switzerland.

10.0Very comfortable hotel, all of the staff were very welcoming. Room was a nice size, I had a balcony which was a nice plus. Bed was super cozy, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was nice, had dinner one night and it was good. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute walk to the cable car. Plenty of hiking from Murren but also access to plenty of options in the valley.

6.0The location was great, it is located next to the lift for Schilthorn. Free breakfast. Mountain view from our balcony. The only complaint is the dining option, you have to make reservations and the staff in the restaurant were not kind at all and just rude. We went to Hotel Jungfrau and had a wonderful dinner and listened to live music, no reservations needed. We liked Hotel Alpenruh but would not stay there again.

6.0Too Far from Train Station and Pick Up Service is not available. Breakfast Menu is not Good.. One Staff serving too many guests. Vegetarian Options are almost negligible during Breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel. Overrated and Overpriced hotel
