− Em baixo das camas estava imundo, para quem tem alergia isso é péssimo. O depósito de sabonete estava vazio. São críticas construtivas.

− Variedade do buffet na praia. Falta atendimento pé na arreia, dificuldade em acesso a bebidas fora dos horários. Sofá cama duros para as crianças.
Absurdamente decepcionante…
2.0− Alimentação péssima. Faltou variedade e até a parte de bebidas deixou a desejar (acabaram espumantes brut no meio da estadia). Nenhum monitor disposto a fazer atividades com os hóspedes e o serviço de reposição de comida nas áreas externas simplesmente não funcionou. Não tinha reposição da alimentação. O tal do bar noturno (Jazz & Blues) deixava clientes esperando pelo atendimento… Quem estava do outro lado do balcão, fazia qualquer coisa, menos atender o hóspede. Mesas externas sujas sem retirada de copos e pratos. Simplesmente não havia quem retirasse. De longe, uma experiência frustrante e o pior Vila Galé que eu já fiquei.

7.0Boa estrutura e os funcionários atenciosos. O restaurante principal é bem servido. A praia é muito bonita e ótima para banho.
− Quando fui faltava avisos em certas estruturas do resort informando o que não era permitido o acesso sem pagamento e agendamento. Causando constrangimento com minha família em um momento. Falta um pouco de organização e controle. Ao chegar no quarto, após o check-in, ele não tinha sido limpo e estava sujo dos hóspedes anteriores. Os restaurantes a la carte ficam a desejar, começando por não possuir cardápio físico. O bar da praia não abriu em nenhum dia no horário informado. Era informado que abria às 9h30 e sempre abriu após as 10h até mesmo após às 10h30. Todas as cervejeiras estavam vazias e trancadas, sendo necessário sempre pedir no bar. Em todos os vídeos de avaliações vistos no YouTube era visto as cervejeiras abastecidas e abertas. A cama de casal é boa, mas as camas de solteiro é um sofá cama duro.
