10.0Excellent villas. Rooms were spacious and private, common areas elegantly designed and well maintained. Staff were amazing, they were helpful, friendly and attentive. Outstanding!

− Beach couches …. Security didn’t know why but despite being in the only shade , they were unavailable. Beach bar. Very basic, unattractive and unstaffed. Very disappointed.

10.0Wow what a great hotel. The staff are fantastic they go to trouble of finding out about you and remember your name and what your dislikes and likes are regarding food. The hotel is beautiful total luxury we had our own private pool, the rooms are serviced twice a day and butler service nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is superb as much as you want and the afternoon tea is a delight. The area is I think typical Bali but a few good restaurants on the main road and a lovely beach walk on the front. Do not hesitate to book this hotel you will not be disappointed. My only criticism would be the Spa area it is just one of the rooms, they offer a bath and this is just the ordinary bath ( single) and when you are having the couples treatment it’s not really suitable. The treatments are expensive and plenty of other places to go near by half the price and better facilities
