− Check-in was not straightforward and caused confusion with the room and key. The room facilities are poorly equipped. The restaurant offered very limited choices. Room service is also limited, including its hours of operation.

− The restaurant did not have air conditioning. Not fair on the staff. We want to our room to watch the football as the restaurant was unbearable
