Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Nothing honestly. The beds were soooo uncomfortable, I woke up sore everyday . The sheets were dirty. We went and bought new bed sheets and a blanket . The towels wreaked in strong bleach. The bathroom door was literally falling apart, we were only given one roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl in one room, the location felt unsafe, everything was out dated . We had canceled flights to picked whatever was available but was totally disappointed in this hotel . If never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. One of its biggest advantages is the 24-hour front desk, which made everything much more convenient and gave me peace of mind, especially when arriving late. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Condado Beach, one of the best beaches in the area for swimming. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a wardrobe, mirrors, plenty of electrical outlets, and air conditioning. The bathroom was well equipped with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. The hotel also has great common areas, including two lobbies with tables and chairs where guests can relax or work. On the top floor, there is a small rooftop with a beautiful view of the beach, which was a nice place to unwind. Attached to the building is a café that serves food and drinks, making it very convenient to grab a meal or a coffee without having to leave the property. Another feature I appreciated was the shared restroom in the lobby and the laundry room, where guests can wash and dry their clothes. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

− The only downside was that I was required to pay a **$200 pre-authorization/security deposit**, which was only communicated to me about 24 hours before check-in. It would have been helpful to know about this policy earlier when making the reservation. A few electrical outlets in the room were not working, and there was no daily housekeeping service during my stay. At night, I could hear people walking through the hallways and talking loudly. I think having quiet hours or a nighttime noise policy would make the experience even better. The outdoor shower near the entrance, which is intended for guests returning from the beach, was also not working during my stay. Other than these minor issues, I had an excellent experience. The hotel's location, comfort, and amenities made for a very enjoyable stay, and I would still recommend it to others.
