Ehhh… it’s not great.
5.0I liked the customer offerings in the meeting room. Breakfast was decent
− It’s falling apart. My room had so many broken pieces and weird things. No conditioner but shampoo and body wash. Magnetic privacy markers that I couldn’t even grab because they’re so tight on the door. The flusher is at the top of the toilet and hard to push for so many people with arthritis, motor issues or nails. No pool either which seems odd for a wellness hotel.
I didn’t get the room I booked online. Front deck concierge was very rude and tried to charge me the same rate for a do

− The doors are way too hard to open. It’s not accommodating for the handicap or older generation such as not having an automatic handicap door opener at every entrance.

The night I arrived was horrible but other than that the rest was okay

− My tv didn't work my entire stay. Not resolved after asking numerous times. Was told at checkout to email management i did and she never responded.
Disgusting Room
1.0− This room was FILTHY!! The shower was nasty, cabinets were broken, what appeared to be blood was on the door.. I checked in and immediately check out! Spoke to the front desk manager. He could care less about the condition of the room. I was never offered a clean room. My they were all pretty disgusting.
