Nie żałuję pobytu, ale raczej nie wrócę i nie polecę nikomu. Chyba, że do organizacji szkoleń.
5.0Bardzo miłe pomocne i grzeczne Panie sprzątające. Właściwie tylko one zdały egzamin na 6 z obsługi klienta. Reszta personelu mogłaby zgłosić się do nich na szkolenie. Szczególnie arogancki personel jadalni i kuchni.
− Potrawy serwowane w restauracji. W obiekcie było dużo dzieci w różnym wieku, a w ofercie bufetowej bardzo mało pozycji dla nich. Czasami nic (mocno doprawione mięso, kaszanka, pieczona tłusta kiełbasa).
Basen blaski i cienie
8.0Dobre jedzenie, przemiła obsługa na recepcji, basen pięknie położony w lesie, a przy basenie bar.
− Na hotelowy basen mogą przyjść za opłatą ludzie, którzy nie są gośćmi hotelu. Basen jest oblegany, nie dla wszystkich jest miejsce. W rezultacie jako goście zapłaciliśmy kilkukrotnie więcej (nocleg z wyżywieniem) a nie mieliśmy leżaków, bo zabrakło.
Hotel dla gości to nie tańcbuda weselna
2.0Ładne otoczenie, ładny basen na zewnątrz, czysto, niezłe śniadanie
− Omijajcie to miejsce z dala. W weekendy organizują wesela - nie mówiąc nic gościom hotelowym wyrzucają ich z głównej atrakcji czyli odkrytego basenu i okolic, przeznaczając ją dla gości lepszych czyli weselnych. Do 4 nad ranem nie można spać, bo pijana ekipa z wesela drze się w niebogłosy. Pokój dwójka (nr 12) to de facto jedynka z wciśniętym na siłę łóżkiem o powierzchni kilku m2. W restauracji też wesoło - np. zamawiałem krewetki tygrysie - otóż u nich krewetki tygrysie (3 szt.) za ca 60zł mają jakieś 3-4 cm. Takie malutkie tygryski. Na koniec, gdy starałem się z nimi porozmawiać o tych problemach, to ani razu sorry, jakaś kontrpropozycja, nic. Omijajcie, są dziesiątki fajnych spa na Mazowszu, szkoda tracić czas.
