This is a lovely place and provides several thoughtful amenities for guests.
7.0A beautiful quiet oasis - well presented.
− The villa was lovely but needed a good clean. Windows were a notable issue in the sunshine.
Extremely disappointed with this accommodation which was expensive but we booked as supposedly 5 star. Far from this rat

− Small motel type room badly in need of renovation. Loose connection on power board near bed which disconnected each time we tried to add a device. Cracked tiles in shower. Limited breakfast selection.

Our stay was terrific, visited Horizontal falls by seaplane which was awesome,had a camel ride on Cable beach,visited a
6.0Great location. Excellent pool . Well looked after tropical gardens. The breakfast staff were excellent and provided plenty of variety for breakfast.
− Motel style accommodation looks tired and overpriced when compared to other overseas and domestic holidays we have had. However pricing seems consistent with other resort accommodation around Broome. Had to report two separate issues with toilet which were fixed straight away and we had to ask for the room to be serviced one of the days. Given the amount of red dirt in Broome the floors should be washed more regularly and pool pumps only run during the day not at night.
The facilities were fine & comfortable but the location was a bit too far away from dining locations
8.0Café breakfast was good & the pool & facilities were excellent.
− The location was challenging if you didn’t have a car (which we didn’t!) as at our age nothing was realistically within walking distance so the bus or taxi was the only way to get around to see the town of Broome or to go to dinner.
Overall a pleasant stay due to good location and nice accommodation.
8.0Check in was easy, House was well presented and clean. Nice quiet area of Cable beach.
− Hospitality staff weren't great and not very helpful. Cigarette smoke wafting in our from staff was quite annoying (our villa was adjacent to housekeeping) Cafe didn't stick to opening times.
