8.0Right in centre very convenient if you need to be in old part of town. Parking is an issue But the hotel is in a very good location and staff are very friendly and attentive Could do with some basic hotelier training

Beautiful spacious room and attentive staff
10.0The staff at the hotel did everything to make our stay excellent. We had a child with us and the manager waived the restaurant fee for her. They also allowed us a late checkout at 6:00pm on our last evening as our train didn't leave until 7:00pm. The room was so spacious and comfortable. If we needed anything, we just called housekeeping or room service and they responded literally within seconds. The hotel restaurant had a buffet for every meal and the food was pretty good. The manager helped us call a local cab to get to the Pavilion mall nearby and also recommended another good shop for children's clothing. Whenever we needed directions or anything, everybody bent over backwards to help us. We felt totally comfortable and catered to the whole time. It was Christmas time during our stay and the lobby was beautifully decorated with a big tree and it was so festive. The facilities were very elegant and tasteful. Especially we were grateful to the manager for all of his help at every turn during our four night stay!! Would recommend staying there to any friend and we will definitely return to this hotel if we ever have business in Ludhiana again.
