2.0Llegue al hotel por la noche, llamé, grité, toqué puertas y NADIE ME ATENDIÓ. NO PUDE USAR LA HABITACION. Me tuve que ir de noche a buscar finde descansar!!! QUIERO DEVOLUCIÓN DE MI DINERO. Gracias. Como solicito la devolución?
