− A housekeeping lady was sitting in my room on her phone after I checked in and went into my room; the noise in the bathroom as well as in the room which was really disturbing

No AC, horrible service, will never book this hotel again.
2.0I arrived on a 100-degree day and was told that the king room I booked was not available because they were doing HVAC service on some of the rooms. They gave me a double room instead, and when I got up there it was 80 degrees, with the AC allegedly on. I went back down and asked them to give me a room where the AC was actually working. They told me the hotel was full. I told them I couldn't stay there and needed a refund and they told me the manager would get in touch with me. I had to book another hotel in Manhattan at 9:30 pm and nobody from the hotel has contacted me a day later.
