− The preferred option is not really worth it! The butler should get a backup support and that’s the highlight but everything else not a big deal. I could’ve stayed the same option.

10.0The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. There was zero hesitation for any request made and the communication was great. I would most certainly return let alone recommend others to stay at Secrets Royal Beach. The food was better than expected at not only the 4 restaurants on campus but also the buffet. The availability of food and libations near the pools and beach were very convenient. All in all, from our initial walk up to check-in to our check-out everything was exceptional. My wife and I cannot wait to return!
