8.0We were so thankful that we had booked ahead. There was a fire I70 was closed and we would not have had a place to stay
− When I booked the website said it was a queen and a pull out sofa bed. No sofa bed. My roommate had to sleep on the small couch. Otherwise very clean. No decalf coffee in the restaurant. Later finding out at front desk they just did not make any.

9.0Room was very spacious and well equipped. Felt more like an apartment than hotel room. We only stayed one night but would be great for family of 4 for a longer stay.
− Breakfast serving area was cramped. Selection was fine though.

− Additional parking with no extra places to park and still was charged to park there.
Poor experience.
2.0No room cleaning. When asked why, was told at check out that I needed to have opted in for housekeeping at check in. Breakfast was of poor quality.
