2.0was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95.

4.0Only some of staff was good like receptionist , the manger was so rude and asked me to pay more than the price in Expedia , the hotel not deserve that amount , There's something under construction made a lot of noise around the hotel , room was a small , in front of the hotel there are garbage
