− The behavior and manners of the reception wasn’t nice and the rooms are not in a good condition, ordered a room and we received a different one
Guest review
5.0The pool and gym
− the room’s are quite out dated and require some additional upgrades, the lift is very slow
21st birthdaycelebration in a 5.star hotel in Thailand.
8.0City view, rooftop bar, location
− Old TV and decorder not working, broken remote, not that clean particularly the bathroom. Visible lack of maintenance for a 5 star hotel.
Hotels of Earth · questions

- Yes. Its own classification data carries five stars; that rating, not a style label, is what puts a property in this collection.
