2.0Stay away from this hotel. It used to be nice, now it is a dump. After checking in I found my room uncleaned (at 4:00 pm). The microwave oven was broken, both TV's were unusable, the iron was broken, no dish soap in the kitchen, no privacy door hanger, etc. I reported these issues on Tuesday afternoon. I checked out of the hotel on Friday and none of the issues were ever addressed. Don't spend your money at this hotel. There are much better options where the management is better.

6.0This hotel is in need of some TLC and more staff. This is still a Hilton and I shouldn’t have to walk past garbage and towels that we are instructed to put out in the hallway. It’s an obstacle course especially for people with limited mobility. The room was kind of clean when we checked in and a few things need repairs in the room. Also, some sound proofing between floors would be great bc we had at least three different groups above us and the all sounded like elephants. I never heard noise from the adjoining rooms. The staff was all amazing, especially Alyssa at the front desk. The issues this hotel has is from not having enough staff to properly maintain and clean the hotel. I’d stay here again if I couldn’t find a better option but only because of the amazing staff.

− Didn't change towels or sheets even one time within the 3 nights we were there. The bar didnt have a bartender.
