6.0Bonne qituation dans l'ensemble. Personnel à l'écoute et très sympatique
− Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il n'est pas acceptable qu'il n'intervient pas pour retirer les serviettes de bain mises tôt le matin afin de réserver des transat à la piscine. Pour exemple, un couplé d'allemand réservait 3 transats à la piscine pendant tout notre séjour. De Plus, je ne trouve normal non plus que l'hôtel loue des transats à la plage et qu'il n'y en a plus pour ceux qui logent à l'hôtel.

10.0Der private Pool mit den Massagedüsen war fantastisch! Sehr große, hochwertige Zimmer. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Super Frühstück, gutes Restaurant mit tollen Cocktails. Es war alles perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
We had the most wonderful 10 nights at this truly beautiful resort.
