The drive to Caloundra.!

− Everything else! The reception is unmanned. They advertise dining room bar and bistro, but it's been closed for so long, there's just dust inside behind the grotty windows. Aircon in room broke... No extraction ventilation in bathroom. Ventilation all choked-up and not cleaned... PowerPoint behind microwave hanging from wall - and LIVE power. No working PowerPoint on bedside for CPAP machine. Fridge is stuffed and very old. Bedding was stained and not sufficient to compensate for the cold air that was not warmed by the stuffed aircon unit. DID NOT appreciate being woken up in the morning to be told by a tenant that she has to allow access to our apartment for the electrician... twice! No view of pool! Website shows a beautiful pool and gardens, our room has a rendered brick wall 18" from glass sliding door with a view of the main road. All up... don't go there for a good night's sleep, that's for sure.

Close to the wedding we went to and free parking.

− Our studio apartment faced onto Nicklon Way and the noise didn't stop all night.

Ok, probably wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Proximity Bed was comfortable

− Lack of directions to find access to reception, parking,and on departure, where to find the key box. Apartment was very dated and sketchy. Lounge was fabric, I didn’t feel it was safe to sit on from cleanliness point of view. Whole apartment needs a revamp.

Apartment is in a convenient location, onsite parking that is secured. Friendly and helpful receptionist during our stay.

− Location is close to a road, so there is quite some feedback, and that is in addition to a constantly revving aircon that sounds like a laundry machine, really noisy. On check in room is clean, but i was there for 5 nights and there was no planned change of linen. The receptionist organised change of linen on Day 2 and that was it. I am not sure how this works if people are travelling with kids. Room has utensils to use, but you may use the sink in toilet, and there is not dishwasher essentials My stay was very average.

Everything we needed

− Was concerning learning what temperature we were allowed to use with air con, and being advised to turn off when leaving the apartment was so cold, and charges we could endure for things such as noise or setting smoke alarms off, also no soap in dispenser curtain rails falling off and lights flickering, never met the staff there was never anyone in the reception
