− The room was not cleaned well. There was hair everywhere - in the bathroom / shower. All in the sheets and beds. The kitchen floor was sticky. The cups / plates / utensils were put away dirty. The dishwasher sounded like something was about to explode.
Perfectly located family stay with a rockstar view.
9.0Awesome location and the VIEW! It was our second visit and we loved it just as much the second time. Kids loved the pool and we spent plenty of time in the hot tub too. Beds comfy and apartments very specious.
− Shame they don’t hire out kayaks anymore. Would have been nice if they were a bit more generous with soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and maybe had some salt and pepper in the room.

9.0Everything went really well. Such a bonus to have a two bedroom unit that was extra large in size compared to the newer complexes built nowadays. This allowed our family members to have their own personal space. Exceptional view of the ocean and a stones throw away from the beach.
− Needing to pay for the beach towels. The pool for winter could have been a bit more heated.
Could have been nice if we got the "ocean view" room we paid for and without ants/leaks etc.
5.0The size of the apartment is very generous and laundry facilities in the apartment were very good. The outdoor pool and spa were nice. The underground car parking was convenient and easy to use.
− Unfortunately we booked an ocean view and instead had a view of the top of the waterslide. We could only see small snippets of the ocean from certain angles if we looked through gaps and stood near the windows. We contacted the resort to seek a resolution and weren't offered any discount or alternative room (they told us that they were fully booked and that they were unable to "upgrade" to an ocean view room, however we booked the ocean view apartment 6 months earlier). The floor did not seem to have been cleaned, so we had to wear shoes/socks around to avoid having dirt stick to our feet. The kitchen had an ant infestation and it was difficult to prepare food and drinks while avoiding ants, and the ensuite shower wasn't waterproofed and leaked water on the floor. They responded when notified of the ants and leak, that they would address the leak and ants but unfortunately we didn't notice any reduction in the number of ants during our stay. The leak seemed to be fixed the following day. The ground floor apartment also lacked privacy as the bedrooms and living area are within view of the waterslide area, but there aren't any sheer blinds so you need to close the curtains fully if getting changed etc.
