Reliable, you know what you are going to get. The people who work there are always amazing!
7.0Always, clean and comfortable. Will be better when there is air con in the rooms in future. Decor a little dated but that's ok when it's spotlessly clean as it always is.
− Please update the hairdryers in the rooms... they are so dated and it took 40mins for me to dry my hair! Also, my tea and coffee hadn't been replenished so I had one teabag.

9.0Spacious and clean room lovely breakfast nice staff. The adjoining resturant was very nice really recommend
− Booked in for treatments at the spa for when I checked out and there wasn't any beauty therapist on that day. The staff didn't call my room to advise so I took my daughter for a treatment just for us to be sent away again it did put a damper on the weekend.
