8.0Sehr gute Kommunikation und problemloser Self-Check-in. Wir erhielten sogar ein Anleitungs-Video.
− Die Dusche hatte eine defekte Halterung. Dies wurde uns in voraus mitgeteilt und die Reparatur erfolgte am nächsten Morgen umgehend. Dafür konnte der Vermieter nichts und er hat super reagiert. Wir hatten keinen Nachteil deswegen.
