Commendable Service by Staff at the Front Desk

Room was totally acceptable. No problem there at all. I am mainly writing this review to commend Keyur Patel for his excellent service, answering my multiple questions, and printing out several maps off Google Maps to show me where to go to arrive at my supplier who was about 10 minutes away.

I recently stayed at Days Inn Brampton for one night and overall had a decent experience. Check-in went smoothly even though there were a few people ahead of us. We didn’t have to wait long at all. The front desk clerk was dealing with some printer issues, but she handled it very calmly and professionally and made sure we were checked in without any major delays. She did a great job staying composed under pressure. The only downside during check-in was that we weren’t informed about the complimentary breakfast, which would have been helpful to know. The hotel itself looks like it has been newly renovated. The room was lovely and modern-looking, which we appreciated. However, there were a few cleaning and maintenance issues that stood out. The floor needed to be mopped as there were some sticky spots, the bathtub had a constant dripping leak, and there was something stuck to the wall near the window that hadn’t been cleaned off. Also, the vending machines were empty, which was a bit inconvenient. Since we were only there for a one-night stay to sleep, it served its purpose and overall the experience was good. With a bit more attention to cleaning and small maintenance details, this hotel could be excellent.

The operators of the Days Inn by Wyndham Brampton have no will to operate a successful business or be accountable for their shortcomings in service. They will, however, make sure to call you a liar before leaving. Shameless about their dirty rooms too. - dried white crusty stains on bedsheets upon arrival - dried blood in bed sheets (may have been mine from the bedbug bits I received) - dried liquid sludge on floor closest to where pillow sits on bed. After my room was "cleaned": - found someone else's tooth brush in my bed - all previous dirty items listed remained. Staff told me I lied about calling front desk on the 2nd night of my 3 night stay due to extreme loud noise until 2am when manager finally asked them to stop. (It continued) I was changed rooms at 12AM on my 3rd night because of loud rooms. They accommodated. No manager at 7AM apparently to deal with clients. He just finished his shift apparently and I guess no manager is working during the day time. I asked for a corporate number, they gave me their front desk instead. They will not help you with concerns. If you want to go tear up a room at a low rate place, this is it. If you want to bring a family for a stay, don't.

Always a comfortable stay whenever I visit. Great and friendly staff. Great location and clean room also. The only thing I would say is breakfast menu need to be upgraded.
