− There was no chair in the dining room area
Unsafe and unsuitable accommodation
1.0− Upon arrival, the room did not provide basic accommodation conditions. There was no blanket or proper bedding, and the room was very cold. The property also lacked reliable Wi-Fi, despite it being listed as an included amenity. More importantly, there was no on-site staff or front desk available, and the host was completely unresponsive. I made multiple attempts to contact the host by phone and message, but received no response at the time of check-in. I was traveling with a child, and under these conditions, it was not safe or reasonable to stay overnight. After spending over an hour trying to resolve the situation without success, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. A property that cannot provide basic lodging conditions or timely support should not be listed. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid booking this place.
