− Water on the floor around the AC units, no grips in the bathtub and I almost fell, carpets need to be cleaned, water spots in the ceiling, owner needs to care more and fix up the issues
It was a good experience for us & nice to see a small town making a business like that work.
10.0The breakfast was delicious & breakfast area very nice. We also had something to eat at the bar the night before which was great. We’ve never stayed in Lakota before but the experience was well worth it. We also liked the small town atmosphere. The people of the community were very friendly.

6.0While the rooms were clean, the structure shows signs of water leakage in the walls. It needs some major renovation. The ad on Expedia says registration is open till 11pm. I sent a mail thru Expedia twice indicating I was a late arrival, after 9:30pm. When we arrived door was locked! Bar was open and bartender found our keys and immediately shut down the bar. If we had arrived 10 minutes later we would not have had a place to sleep as it’s the only motel within 30 miles.

1.0− Over charged. Got charged for 3 nights. Got refunded 1 night. Still charged for an additional night that I didn't stay. Was told I'm b3ing charg3d due to markers marked on the sheets while the room they told me was wrong.

2.0They gave me a room that was not or had not been cleaned. Trash everywhere, sheets and pillows were on the floor and thrown on bed, lots of facial hair on counter of bathroom.
