8.0Es un hotel sencillo , con una localización fantástica para moverte paseando o en metro ( a 4 min ) La limpieza es correcta y el tamaño de la habitación bastante bien para toda la familia .
− Algo ruidoso ( metro suena bajo tierra. ) por estar tan cerca de la estación . Y sueña y cruje muchísimo los suelos lo que hace que cuando entra y sale gente de habitaciones superiores se oiga muchísimo y te lleguen a despertar .

− Camera troppo piccola, bagno piccolissimo a malapena utilizzabile, colazione pessima, pulizia sufficiente, letto molto scomodo.

− Room is small. Our bed was not as comfortable as most places we have stayed in.
Great location, but the hotel needs some renovation
7.0Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the underground station, literally around the corner. The neighbourhood is very nice, with plenty of restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. The room was generally clean and the bed linen was changed every day. Breakfast was simple and traditional, with little variation from day to day, but it was decent and perfectly adequate. Overall, the location, cleanliness and daily housekeeping were the main positives of our stay.
− Although we expected a Victorian-style building, some of the furniture and facilities were extremely old and would benefit from renovation. The furniture is particularly dated and some pieces really look like they are from a much older era. The shower has very weak water pressure, and it is difficult to adjust the temperature because the water constantly changes between warm and cold. The bathroom and toilet also look quite dated and could use some renovation. The apartment was located on the top, fourth floor, and the stairs are quite narrow and steep, especially towards the top. However, this was not a problem for us personally, as we spent most of the day exploring London and only returned to the room once in the evening. Therefore, we only had to climb the stairs once and go down once each day, which was perfectly manageable for us. Replacing some of the old furniture and improving the bathroom and shower would make the stay much more comfortable.
