3.0The pub is nice
− The room was sweltering hot, hotter than any other part of the hotel or pub, with only an ineffective desk fan provided, and the staff were not particularly apologetic about this. Parking is also very hit or miss. Expensive, too, for what it is.

− The apartment was dated, perhaps this was the style they were going for BAthroom looked more like a prison cell bathroom needs a shower screen!
Comfortable stay
8.0The hotel is in a lovely building. The staff were friendly and checking in was quick. We booked a cozy double (room 2) which was quite spacious I thought! The toiletries were lovely but no cotton pads/ buds/ shower cap etc. Also no slippers/ gowns. We had breakfast included which was average to good. My muffin was stale and we had to wait a short time as they had run out of eggs! The hot food we had was nice but if you were paying the £12.50 for the breakfast table (pastries/cereal/limited fruit) I didn't feel that was value for money. All in all a comfortable stay for 1 night. Parking was easy.
