3.0− The hotel staff were friendly and the location was excellent. However, we had to change the bed sheets ourselves twice because they were quite yellow and clearly not clean. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly for weeks. There was also a problem with the shower: water leaked under the bathroom door and flooded the room. I would definitely return to Amsterdam, but I would choose a different hotel. There are so many things that need to be improved before this hotel can meet acceptable standards. The location is great, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the room were very disappointing.

− Het was vies, kapotte prullenbakken en je had geen eens handzeep. Voor de rest was alles echt mega vies.
