10.0Зупинялися в цьому готелі на одну ніч. До цього вже відпочивали в готелі цієї ж мережі в Єгипті, тому знали, чого очікувати. Сервіс у готелі на найвищому рівні. Навіть у стандартному номері є все необхідне: від базових засобів гігієни — гелю для душу та мила — до одноразових зубних щіток, шапочки для душу, бритви та інших дрібниць. У номері все чисто, справно й продумано до деталей. На території готелю, у коридорах і лобі дуже приємний запах, що створює особливу атмосферу. Дякуємо! Однозначно рекомендуємо цей готель.

10.0The staff are superb. Friendly helpful congenial. They feel like family. The location is perfect. Festivals on 800 meter walking streets in summer. Can not find a better residence. Love it.

7.0Superb location in the heart of Chișinău. The room was of a fair size with a lot of sunlight. The cleaners kept the room spotless. Big credit for this.
− We had some issues with the TV, which I reported 3 times. It never got dealt with. It's a 4 star hotel and they could have thought about having a Nespresso type coffee machine in their rooms. Most of the hotels did this already. Coffee in the breakfast area is just some brown water with no taste.
