Dirty with hairs, tired (photos misleading), poor value for money, good location

− 1) comms with staff - they bombard with info on booking, then WhatsApp, then email. Every time you wonder what is new. You ask Qs; answers seem AI generated, when you ask a simple qn. 2) very dirty property which apparently ‘was checked and was fine’: hairs everywhere in my toddler’s bed, on the floor, on our bed (selection of photos attached, plenty more shared on WhatsApp with agent) 3) mattress very soft. Appreciate this is personal taste but we stayed in many properties so feel able to judge and this was uncomfortable and woke up in pain. 4) toilet seat was loose, not ok for a family of 4 with small children. Paid EUR750+ for 3 nights, for a rather tired property (the photo you see is not what you get), definitely not worth it. Avoid, plenty of other choices
