2.0The bed sheets were dirty. Toilet and shower were dirty. The pool was full with garbage. We could not stay there.
Termites
2.0The place is run down I booked 3 nights but by the second night I had to leave due to termites flying around the room it was terrible. I will never return to this place it use to be wonderful.

6.0One of the rooms booked on Expedia was unavailable. Rooms we were placed in were next to ones where people are living. Rooms very dirty. One room filled with bugs. I should get a refund. The desk lady was very nice and felt bad for what happened and the inability to be refunded. The pool was dirty. The pictures on Expedia do not look like the reality of what the entire outdoor and indoor facility looks like.

10.0This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Nokomis and Venice. The suite I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Cindy and Dave are kind, helpful, and very welcoming. Thank you for the memories!
