10.0O café da manhã é bom e a reposição é rápida, você sempre tem acesso a todos os itens. Vale a pena pedir um andar alto, porque a vista dos apartamentos de frente para o mar é linda. Há opção de garagem, mas é paga. A localização é muito boa e tem várias opções de alimentação por perto. Boa opções de recreação para crianças pequenas. Limpeza, silêncio e conforto do quarto são excelentes.
− O parque aquático é separado do hotel e tem que subir a ladeira na volta. É bom para crianças pequenas, passou de 10 anos talvez já não se interesse muito. A piscina para adultos é pouco atrativa.

− O clube de praia fica a 300km do hotel, achei pertinho, porém é uma ladeira bem íngreme... então caso sejam hóspedes idosos ou crianças de colo fica um pouco árduo o retorno

10.0Trata-se de um estrutura arquitetônica moderna, bem acessível, limpa e de bom gosto. Os apartamentos são confortáveis e as camas são boas. O café da manhã é de boa qualidade. Nos arredores, a vida noturna de Ponta Negra. Caminhando poucos metros, você se depara com ótimos restaurantes, como o Camarões.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
